Pickup by Appointment
Pick up your confirmed order from Reeforest by scheduled appointment.
Pickup times must be confirmed in advance so your livestock can be prepared safely.
White-Glove Delivery and Placement
Request white-glove delivery and placement at checkout.
Where available, white-glove service may include delivery, acclimation support, and placement into your aquarium.
White-glove service is quoted separately and is subject to location, scheduling, livestock type, and availability. After your order is submitted, Reeforest’s exclusive service partner, Reef Design Johansen, will contact you directly to confirm pricing, scheduling, and service details.
Available Livestock Only
Reeforest accepts orders for available livestock only through the website.
Custom orders, special sourcing, custom fish requests, and livestock wish-list sourcing are not offered through the website.
Livestock Responsibility
Reeforest is responsible for livestock while it is in Reeforest’s care.
Once livestock has been picked up, delivered, or placed into the customer’s aquarium, responsibility depends on the pickup or delivery arrangement and the condition of the customer’s aquarium.
Reeforest is not responsible for livestock loss caused by tank conditions, aggression from existing tankmates, incompatibility, acclimation issues, or customer husbandry after livestock has entered the aquarium.
High-Risk Livestock
Some species are more sensitive, difficult to acclimate, or higher risk than others. Where applicable, Reeforest will flag high-risk livestock before order confirmation. Special guarantee or credit terms may apply.
